The technology has a number of advantages when compared to other zero-emission solutions.

Capital Cost is likely to be considerably less than available and emerging battery technologies. The marginal cost of additional storage is also likely to be low as it is simply increased tank size.

Energy Density is very competitive.

Re-fuelling (recharging) time is a fraction of the what is required to recharge a battery (minutes rather than hours)

Lifetime As a simple mechanical engine the technology is likely to have a long life time with easy maintenance. Unlike batteries performance will also not degrade over life

Additional Capabilities cooling and ability to convert waste heat into power complement many applications and deliver significant economic gains.
